Account Creation: Start by signing up on our website. Choose a subscription plan that suits your needs.

Accessing Settings: Once you've logged in, find the "Settings" option in the sidebar menu.

Company Profile: In the "Settings" section, complete your company profile by providing all necessary details and uploading the required documents.

Managing Service Areas: Click on "Manage Counties and Cities" to add the specific counties and cities where your services are available.

Adding Drivers: Navigate to the "Drivers" option in the sidebar and select "Add Driver". Fill in all the required driver information as prompted by the system.

Adding Vehicles: Access the "Vehicles" section in the sidebar, then click on "Add Vehicle". Provide all the necessary vehicle details as requested by the system.

Assigning to Drivers: Under the "Vehicle" section, you'll find the option to assign a vehicle to a driver. Choose the specific vehicle and driver you wish to assign.

Accessing Rate Lists: Locate the "Rate Lists" section in the sidebar.

Adding Rate Lists: Click on "Add Rate List" to input your company's rate details, and save the information.

Setting Hourly Rates: After adding rate lists, specify rates for regular hours, non-regular hours, weekends, and holidays.

Accessing Trips: Navigate to the "Trips" section in the side navigation bar and click to reveal multiple options.

Trip Options: Within the "Trips" section, explore various trip choices, including single trips, round trips, shared trips, round return trips, and shared return trips.

Managing Trips: Utilize these options to efficiently manage and view all types of your trips.

Dispatch and Routing: Access "Dispatch and Routing" from the side navigation bar.

View Running Trips: Within this section, monitor your ongoing trips, complete with map navigation and live video tracking via dashcam.

Detailed Tracking: To check specific trip details and live driver tracking, select the desired trip, and review all trip-related information.

Billing Report Generation: After completing a trip, follow these steps to generate a billing report:

Access Accounts: Navigate to the "Accounts" section in the sidebar.

Create Invoice: Click on the "Create Invoice" button and input the required information.

Add Completed Trips: In the created invoice, include the completed trips and manage the invoice as per your company's policies.
